Cactus is being completely rewritten for Linux (and FreeBSD*) in Zig/DVUI and Windows support will be completely dropped.

A lot of progress has been made today including the Cactus interface which has been completely redone! This is still a work in progress but I'm mostly happy of where it is. Cactus for Linux is also pretty much feature complete. There are two-three other things I want to implement to a basic level before entering a further polishing and refinement phase, and then I'll start working on more testing and updating all Cactus documentation. I'll eventually also release a video. PS: Notice how the icon changes between Shards that aren't running and Shards that are.
