v1.00 Items question

Hello!

I'm trying to complete a v1.00 HG. I'm on my fourth character so far (I'm playing HC and I kept on dying, but I'm feeling more confident now) and I made this excel file to help me track everything.
I found an Azurewrath two days ago and it is slightly different from what I remember, it was supposed to be a Phase Blade base but I found it in a Cristal Sword. There is also the question of the Hellplague sword which I never found so far in my 4 character journey, highest I got was act 3 Hell.

Are there items that do NOT exist in my file?
Are there items that DO exist but are not in my file?

I'll upload my .ods excel file (LibreOffice) and in case you guys cannot open that one a .pdf version.
I also took a screenshot of the Azurewrath with the help of the Jamela editor which I use to mule items since I cannot take a screenshot in game, probably has something to do with my Linux Mint + D2DX setup. Been lurking for around a year on the forum so I think I already read everything here but might have missed something, anyway, in case anyone has time can you please take a look?

There are definitely items that don’t drop in 1.00 that do drop in 1.05b, so unless there is a very good reason, I would basically only recommend playing 1.05b for the most stable classic experience. Lances are an example of a base that doesn’t drop in pre 1.04.
