I found that Shako playing galaxyhaxz's 1.09 final fix mod. IIRC it was a Hell Meph drop ^^were dose one find that?

ya i have not played any mods so far but i have alot going on when i get board of something there's many other things to do. level 1.00 barb/ gamble ammys/shop. 1.07 shop till ends of the earth...craft and what not rack, 1.08 wating for dr gear from 1.07. 1.09b level, atm leveling socer for 1.10 bk rings and beta cta bremblel. 1.10 dont no yet probably something there annis. 1.11+ torch. i got enigma and infinity on 1.13 maybe dreams, bare weapon so on. also to collect evrey item in the game across all patches.Mana on Harlequin Crest was intended to be there in 1.07 and 1.08. The problem is that there were a handful of typos in the stats of unique items that cause the stats to not show up. The 1.09b Final mod fixed any of the typos for the uniques that were brought forward. Most likely they decided they were going to redo all the stats for the upcoming 1.09 anyway, and so didn't bother to fix them. We only even really have access to 1.07/1.08 because they were likely forced to release the game as-is, when clearly it wasn't ready and 1.09 is the finished version (7/8 being betas). Obviously if I were to make a mod now I would have done many things differently. Reverting static field to its pre LoD behavior is too OP (I'd change it to flat damage), and those uniques would be toned down a bit. But you might still get a kick out of it as a way to get some of all patches in one.

Thanks for sharing! And to further clarify, the uniques in the mod will then mostly match their 1.09 versions unless stated to be 1.08 in the patch notes?I think Harlequin is the only one fixed or "changed" from the original 1.08 version. The rest of them didn't have any bugs and so are identical. The other unique items with bugs were not ported/brought into the mod. I have a list of them I dug up from my archives. Here they are:
