Community Update - Member Contributions (Diablo II mods)

Hello, everyone,

I would like to officially announce a new section within our Resource Manager for Diablo II mods: Member Contributions.

This is a place where TMC members can upload & share their own creations with the community as easily downloadable Cactus Platforms.

Before making any contributions, please carefully review the following guidelines:

• Review and adhere to Cactus Porting Advice by the author, @fearedbliss
• Ensure all files are LEGAL, SAFE, and FREE of any malware, viruses, etc.
• Ensure all files are archived/compressed - 7z is recommended!

I'd also like to shout-out our newest member, @Ethaniel, who inspired this idea. Thank you!
