New Features

- Dark Mode is now implemented!
We finally have a nice Dark Mode implementation. I've also re-done the
Light Mode implementation so that it better aligns with the design
style of the Dark Mode compliment. I'll most likely be tweaking both
themes over time.
Improvements
--------------
- You can now navigate and summon Shards with the Up/Down/Enter keys.
Using this feature, you can easily summon Diablo II instances from
your keyboard. Coincidentally, if you spam the [Enter] key during
summoning, you can summon multiple instances of the game. Use this
with Singling for best results. Pressing [Enter] 10 times does not
guarantee 10 instances of the game, but you will get a bunch of them,
which can be useful for muling. Play around with it until you get
your own rhythm!
Due to this new feature, you are no longer able to use [Tab] + [Enter]
to cycle and execute actions in the UI. Summoning takes precedence
over other actions.
Bug Fixes

- The [Esc] previously was not implemented for all dialogue boxes. This
has now been corrected.
