Cactus 5.1.2 is now available! Completed backup path validation and other improvements.

Hello all, I'm pleased to announce Cactus 5.1.2. Patch notes below. You can continue to download Cactus from the usual locations.

Improvements
--------------

- Finished implementing the backup path validation. Now we are able to
properly detect if we have read, write, and execute permissions to any
directory and can properly report the error message upon settings
save. There should be no edge cases.

- The console now prints the standard header I use in my other apps like
Honeydew and Cantaloupe that contains the program name, version,
author, email, and license.

- Made internal improvements with how nested directories are created.

- Made internal improvements to the logging system.
