Rofl, Players 64 is a blast! Lately I've been solo leveling my Pole Barb on Players 8 Hell Baal runs and the experience has been great. But yeah, I friggen love Sorc's too. Actually my first hero when I returned to this game was a Bowazon on 1.09, and it was smooth sailing at the beginning, but as soon as she got to Hell, well, let's just say she started getting absolutely OBLITERATED lmao. I can laugh now but it was pretty frustrating at the time. Bowazons really need gear to be viable. Anyways so then I made a basic FO Sorc and she was my salvation. I farmed NM Meph for a few weeks and those fatty loots really changed everything.

I decided to adjust my build, will be pivoting and going in the following direction, I can still correct since this new build perfectly re-used all of the existing skill points I've used. I still decided to keep maximum static field and maximum warmth since I just want to have those at maximum levels cool, but I'll be a tri-elemental sorceress and won't focus on Cold Mastery. This is because 1.09b has a maximum % that the res can be lowered by (so it goes to 0 from my understanding, but not below 0). So I decided to let skillers increase a lvl 1 CM, and not worry about it, I have enough cold damage to kill non-cold immune monsters for sure. Since I only have static field in light tree, no need to pump lightning mastery at all. Thus I will put the rest of my points into the fire mastery tree to increase my raw fire damage. I should be able to kill anything in the game within a reasonable period of time. I decided to go with @Manny's Meteor suggestion for this round so I can more easily target (even if I have to wait a bit lol, raw damage should be pretty good as well - compared to Fire Wall). I've done multiple FireWall / Orb sorcs before and they are good as well, but will try the Meteor sorc.

Just reached level 50.. it was pretty fast. Been doing a few WSK lvl 2 runs, and experimented with Eldritch/Shenk, all of this on p64. Exp was pretty good with WSK Lvl 2. However, I then decided to do baal runs (They are not as good as 1.10 Baal but they are different..). So what I can say is that the exp is crazy, but not like what you would expect. Waves 1-4 are basically useless exp in a way whether its p1 or p64. Wave 5 gives good exp on p64, and Baal gives an insane amount of exp on p64. So much so that I've now am extending my 30-50 rule for leveling in normal to maybe 55 or even level 60 depending how good the exp is. I'll see and report back. But it's insane. 1.09b for lyfe lol (I love you too 1.05b).

I also found some nice items. Frostburns and IK Helm both dropped in WSK Level 2. Static Field was maxed out before, and now Frozen Orb is maxed. I'll working towards getting and maxing out Meteor so I can get a third elemental damage ASAP in preparation for NM/Hell. Hell Duriel is specifically on my mind due to the flat out Cold Immunity. I remember needing to do a good amount of Fire Wall damage at the time, and I want to make sure I have as much fire damage as possible for that fight. SF should get it to 50%, but it's a small box so we gon' throw hands lol.

Lmfao, bruh, the last time I was smoking with the prime evils, Mephisto got back home mad late to Durance Level 3. Baal was wilin' out saying he was Tal Rasha. I'm like your Baal.. Diablo was just cracking up on the side. He said during the transition process between his former human form (the wanderer) to his current form, there were many changes going on, and he confessed he would sometimes use the soulstone socket on his forehead to hold his nugs, and whenever he is ready to chill out from a long day in The Sin War, he would make fire and just light up the bowl right on his head. Very smooth and direct hits.

I was able to very easily hit level 60 (starting from 50) in around 1h17m of doing p64 Baal runs. As I mentioned before, most of the exp is solely given by Baal, but Minions of Destruction also are worth killing at p64. All the other waves are useless essentially so might as well just do it at p1 to skip them faster. Besides that, I was able to finish A1-A2 pretty fast. I should be able to easily finish NM tomorrow.

And just like that.. I'm in Hell. 2 levels from Ancients (61->63), almost got an Occy...

So far my mana has basically stayed up unless I'm doing a lot of teleporting, then it drops.. I may adjust my build a bit and just change the final two skills. Instead of doing Level 20 Warmth, and Level 16 Fire Mastery, I may do 16 Warmth, and 20 Fire Mastery, not sure yet.. I kinda want 20 warmth for bragging rights lol.

Started doing MF runs in NM, started with Meph and now doing a bit of Pindle. I didn't know NM pindle dropped Shako base lol, nice surprise . I also found a pair of bartucs. I also gambled a +22 all res amulet.

It's ovah. Matriarch received. I got some pretty nice map layouts sometimes for some stuff, and found some nicely little items along the way. Ancients gave 2 levels again (64 -> 66), and I tested out some cows at p1, p8, and p3, even at p1 it's given pretty nice exp, and kill speed is not bad. There's a lot of room for improvement to her damage, which will come through mfing and perfecting her gear. But looking forward to that. Also Meteor is now maxed as well. So FO/SF/Met are all maxed. I'm gonna max out Fire Mastery instead of Warmth. Warmth will be at lvl 16.

lmaooo, well, let's see! The first screenie is her nekkid. I needed 110 strength to use my Monarch (I rolled one in Succulent with -30% req & 4 sockets!). And then I just pumped Vitality to get her over 1K hp, and the rest went into Energy.

You already know! I'm farming for some 1.08 uniques atm.

Just been mfing and improving gear. Found a Gul Rune, and a few other things. Also a Spellsteel dropped (unique Bearded Axe), which has 20 tele charges lol.

Saracen's Chance in 1.07/8 is nice because it's like Atma's Scarab but better, especially seeing it proc from WW/LF on cows constantly lol.

Also that Gul drop is pretty lucky, for reference, a Gul is 1:3840 when Runes 13 is selected. That makes it somewhere between a Cham/Zod in 1.13 terms. Pretty much nothing except Zod in 1.13 is rare by comparison xD

Yep haha pretty much anything Mal+ is a high rune in 1.07-1.09, since no cubing up and hellforge is capped to Um. I've only ever seen one Ist+Sur drop pre 1.13 in all the years I've played that *wasn't* from lower kurast runs. It can be pretty exciting even if useless. Also 1.09 is the only pre-1.13 patch that has a Zod chest drop that doesn't involve party play (in nearly all cases, most high runes can't drop from chests at all due to the seed truncation bug).
