1.05 where to level?

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if there were good places to level in 1.05. and where to find better bows. really struggling in NM. Im level 27.

For pre-lod, best places to level is usually in A4 CS (or RoF if you can't do CS). For all versions of the game before 1.10, best always tends to be better in the last act, and normally the last zones. So in 1.09b for instance the places to level are usually A5, and usually in places like WSK Level 2+ (and of course we have Hell Cows). This applies to 1.05b as well. As for bows, in all versions of the game before 1.09, there are no dedicated boss drop tables so target farming bosses is not a thing. You normally just farm the game world itself, so any zone could be good. Although you'll want to continue to stick to the final acts so that the item bases you find have a higher chance of coming from a higher item tier.

Hi @cas201! Are you just starting out with a Bowazon? Because historically she's one of those builds that really needs some decent gear to be viable. As much as I love her, the Barbarian or Sorceress may be a "better" first hero. That's just been my experience though! Welcome to the forum.

Hello, Yes I love the Amazon. I could never get into the Barbarian. I like playing this version because it's more like Diablo 1 Rogue. Very slow going and deliberate.
