Item displacement glitch

I have never seen this before. How do you replicate the bug?
 
I've had this happen to me before when playing on battle.net, even on 1.14d. I always thought it was just lag, but basically yeah you try to put an item in stash that swaps another item, and it weirdly chooses one in the corner instead. No idea how to reproduce, it's very rare.
 
its common. ya some time it swaps the top corner item.

oh i watched the video i have not quite seen it like that but.

Pick up an item, move cursor to the edge of Stash (or Inventory), click.
If you mouse-over another item, it becomes the new target (default is top-left).
