So it's been a WHILE since I've played Succulent, but I feel it's finally at the right place where things still feel "legit" for me, but I'm able to finally enjoy the 1.07-1.09 era on the stable 1.09b foundation, but not have to necessarily give up some of the coolest, interesting pieces of innovation that Blizzard North created during 1.07-1.08 but immediately removed in 1.09. In addition to the resurrecting (pun intended?) some of these cool features, Succulent of course has my own innovations or blends of things I felt were necessary, while still retaining that original spirit of the game. Either way, there hasn't been anything crazy that has happened or that I've found but I'm slowly progressing. I got the cube and will start heading out to get the staff/ammy soon.
Usually when I make Amazons, I would either pick Jav or Bow (regardless of version or game mode - classic/lod), but in this case I'm going to make a hybrid zon, both bow and java. Since we don't have synergies, and the game environment is a highly fertile ground for generating beautiful random items and also crafts, I think that it would be fun to go deep in Succulent and see what we can create.
Also, since I feel pretty good about Succulent, I'll be creating and bringing back a big list of old names I've used in my previous posts over the years, all of these heroes need to stick together to fight the evil that lurks within Sanctuary. The fight against these demons is timeless, such is written in The Great Conflict.

. Yup I'm very happy about everything.
. The sigon belt and sigon shield have been very helpful though. Exciting to see where this patch takes me, but I'm loving it, and it's exactly the way the original expansion of lod should have ended. It feels really good, almost too good to be true in a way.
