After journeying through 1.08 and 1.09b, Loto has retired and has re-ascended in 1.05b as Arusu. Loto/Erdrick is an honorary title given to legendary heroes. Arusu was the name of the male version of the hero, which would ultimately receive the title of Loto/Erdrick when the game is completed. The female hero counterpart was called Irin.
All the heroes living in the world of Alefgard have the common purpose of bringing light to the world, and defeating the evil that is the Dragonlord, which in our case is Diablo. Due to this, they will all be sharing equipment that they find through their adventures, and will help each other, and their descendants. Hopefully ensuring that the world continues to be protected from future evils.
Our adventure begins with Arusu.
