Probably not @Kakita. The Souls Dance existed essentially since 1.00, which didn't contain any Runes yet (introduced in LOD 1.07). I also don't think Blizzard made any adjustments to this Souls Dance system when LOD came out so I would assume that it just affects the chance for the item quality...

Not surprised given that Blizzard North ran out of time when making Diablo II (hence only 3 quests in A4) and A4 was suppose to originally be A5. I believe A5 was gonna be A4 and it would have progressed differently story wise. Also Natalya exists in A3 even in Classic ;).

@imakeigloospat Singling is proprietary so I don't share the source code or techniques for doing this. However, as @galaxyhaxz mentioned, she may be able to implement it.
