welcome 1.07 and 1.08 was well kinda messed up. runes for crafts. so they changed how crafts works it combines the rune item level with the character level but if you do some things the rune turn stail. so say a rune drops at an area level 30 and your character level 30 and the combined item...

ya these are patch that plugy 14.03 dose not work with. some of the patchs are only needed to play for the bk ring and cat and 1.14d works so... don't no why the other 1.14 dont work they should be basically the same.. probably so file need to add a text to it...but any way work with all other...
