This is a simple vanilla QoL platform using the following

This platform uses Basemod's modified versions of "game.exe" for fast loading and "plugy.ini" to reduce duplicate events from PlugY AND Basemod.
I've been using this to complete my grail since 2020-21, but in D2SE.
Feel free to change basemod.ini's settings to your liking.
Some parameters may not be too vanilla. let me know if there's something to improve. The goal is to have a working legacy version as close to vanilla as possible (minus plugy) without flying saucers and such.
