I was browsing your YouTube videos of your WW barb on classic and saw you used polearms/lances. Is that a meta or personal preference? I was assuming there was an increased range for polearms with WW as opposed to a sword etc.

I started my first 1.05b character last night. I made a bowazon and left the game after killing the countess at level 9. My usual starting plan is to get a 3os hunters bow, which I have, and socket it with rubies. I have found one of each gem except a ruby and amethyst. Is there an easier way...

I'm going to start my 1.05b character tonight, any build suggestions? I really enjoy bowazons and was also considering a summoner necro. At some point I also need to take the leap and just try a barb, I guess WW is the way to go if I do? Not sure of what skills the barb would need either.

There is no common/overlays folder in my cactus folders, can I just create an overlays folder and paste in the 1.09b folder I want for singling?

Is the binary the file you click on to actually run the cactus program?

Is there a more efficient way to install each new version besides copying MPQs and save files to desktop, deleting the entire cactus folder, unzipping the new one, coping back MPQs, make shards again then copy in the saves to the specific shard folders?

Yeah, I heard some of the items were insane. I never had any great gear back in the day when I used to play on battlenet and wanted to finally get ahold of the good stuff.

I was targeting 1.08 for what I understood to be the best version of Windforce. Seems this may actually be a lost cause. I might do some more research on the patch and try to find a different aspect to focus on.
