Setting up Alpaca with Succulent

I haven't been able to get Alpaca setup with Succulent using Cactus. My Succulent platform works fine using Game.exe as the Launcher. Is Alpaca and Succulent compatible? These are the errors I receive:

Yes Succulent and Alpaca are compatible. What version of Windows are you using?

Ah that’s probably why. I only use and support Windows 7 and Windows 10 so the binaries are built and tested for those platforms. Microsoft maybe changed something that caused Alpaca not to work. Windows 11 is not supported for any of my projects.

You can try installing its C++ dependency and see if that’s the actual cause.

But due note that I don’t recommend using Alpaca anymore and haven’t developed it for many years. Please use Singling and TCP/IP instead.

Thanks for following up with me. Unfortunately, that VC_redist.x86 didn't help. Also, I've restarted a few times hoping that would help. I'm not going to try to force it if you recommend not going down that path anyway.

That sounds good. You’ll definitely have a better experience doing my normal Cactus/Singling/LAN approach for muling and the game will be more stable.
