Artisan's Tiara or Diadem (3 sockets) possible in 1.09?

I know that Tiara's and Diadem's can spawn with an Artisan's prefix with 3 sockets in later patches, but does anyone know with certainty if they are available in 1.09?

Artisan's prefix hasn't changed since 1.09 (beside increasing its frequency), but circlet item types can only have up to 1 socket. The information is based on ItemTypes.txt and MagicPrefix.txt in data/global/excel for 1.09b and 1.14d.
