Damn dude you're crushing it. And now you're talking! I'm totally up for some MP. My first vote goes for 1.09b LoD (surprise surprise lol). That way we could do high player count Hell Cows, Chaos, WSK, Cold Caves etc. Actually the cold caves in 1.09 are level 90+ unlike 1.10 and beyond. Personally I love A5. And imagine players 60 Cows. That's the kind of stuff I'd love to experience in MP; the kind of things that would be too insane to go at it alone. I've got about 9 months invested on this patch already, so it would be much easier for me/us to get going. UNLESS the plan is to completely start fresh, in that case a 1.05b Classic experience could be fun. I would probably try to recreate my WW Lance Barb from back in the day lol.

In other news, this sob Pindleskin just dropped me my like 5th pair of Aldur's Advance. Never thought I'd get a Shako before War Traveler...

This is so well put. When you talked about staying true to the original game and visionaries...that's something I would feel as well making it impossible for me to work with a company that is making changes. D2R is definitely not D2 so I never even considered purchasing it. If they had implemented a 1.09 ladder option I may have gotten interested but quite honestly there's something about the original everything (launcher/graphics/sounds/menu) that I'd rather stick to. The classic graphics swap option isn't even original graphics exactly as seen in the original game (just from looking at it for a few minutes on my brothers PC), you can tell somethings off.
