No, the affixes haven’t changed. It’s still 32% MF, so it has the Fortuitous prefix & of Fortune suffix.

What’s bizarre is the new name. The Emerald prefix (on rings) is supposed to denote poison resistance:

It’s possible that the way the game handles name generation is interacting interestingly with the new shift. But since the ring already spawned and generated its original affixes, those are stuck in place. If it was a fresh spawn that ring should have had the poison rsn.

No doubt. I love that with this mod I’m equally excited about picking up ALL blues and rares, regardless of the item slot. And I didn’t realize I could open a cow level now with just a tome. NICE! :mrgreen:
