LiberaPay Donation Button added to Cactus

Hello all,

I hope everyone has been having a great start to the new year. A small (or I guess big in many ways) update. I've finally decided to start adding a donation button to all of my projects, including Cactus. For many years I've been avoiding adding a donation button to my projects for a variety of reasons. However, avoiding a donation button also means that if someone wanted to express thanks for my work through a monetary donation, they would have no ability to do so. It also means that I can't ever live off my open source work in any way since I've given the community no choice to support or sponsor me. I've decided that it would be better for myself and others to provide a donation option.
