[Cactus] 2024-07-06-1400. Updated cnc-ddraw and OOTB link.

Hello all,

I've released a new Cactus bundle (2024-07-06-1400) with the following patch notes:

• Updated Cactus to 2.6.5 which updates the old OOTB github link to our new host, codeberg.org.
• Updated cnc-ddraw from 6.3.0.0 to 6.6.0.0.

So there should no longer be any github references related to Cactus or any of my projects. New screenshot:

As for the cnc-ddraw update, there are a few improvements that may affect us (primarily for Diablo 1 and Diablo 2):

6.4 included the following:

- Fixed slow Alt+Tab issues on Windows 7 with the opengl renderer

6.5 included the following:

- Fixed mouse input issues in Diablo 1
