[Cactus] 2.4.2 Now Available! Small Bug Fixes.

Hello all,

Cactus 2.4.2 is now available. This is a small bug fix release. It fixes two issues where the Settings.json wasn’t being protected alongside the rest of the protected files / directories. It also includes a fix for the backwards compatibility migrations from Cactus 1.2.4 and 2.0.X. This wasn’t working correctly.
