[Cactus] 2.4.1 Now Available! Minor Bug Fix. OpenAL Soft Updated in Cactus Repo.

Hello all,

Cactus 2.4.1 is now available. This is just a simple bug fix update that fixes a bug where after you drag an item to its new position (when re-ordering), the item wouldn’t be automatically re-selected. I’ve also upgraded OpenAL Soft from \"b168482ea3f5 (2022-03-24-0051)\" to \"f2f83aaabba5 (2022-04-01-1930)\".

As always, you can Download Cactus at the mentioned link. Make sure to backup your Diablo II. Let me know if you experience any issues.

- Fixed a bug where the dragged entry wasn’t being reselected once you finished dragging it to its new location.

- Corrected the version information that was in the Assembly Info. It said it was \"4.4.X\" but it was suppose to be \"2.4.X\".
