I know that Tiara's and Diadem's can spawn with an Artisan's prefix with 3 sockets in later patches, but does anyone know with certainty if they are available in 1.09?

It enables you to gamble at rates that aren't absolutely retarded, and allows you to obtain in the old 1.08 elite uniques in a mostly legitimate way ...
