BaseMod Plugin 
==============



StandAlone Installation 
=======================




1) Back up your character save files before you install BaseMod.
   These files are normally found in the Diablo II\save folder, except 
   for D2 v1.14, They're found in C:\Users\<username>\Saved Games\Diablo II.


2) Install a loader for BaseMod


Copy Game.exe from BaseMod loaders directory, into your Diablo II folder.

Next copy BaseMod.dll, BaseMod.ini, BaseMod.mpq, and Patch_D2.mpq into your 
Diablo II folder. Next edit BaseMod.ini to your liking.

3) OPTIONAL - BaseMod (default settings) compatible PlugY.ini file.


If your running BaseMod with PlugY, you can find a compatible PlugY.ini file in
the BaseMod install folder.

Copy this into your Diablo II folder.

-With BaseMod you don't have to install PlugY, BaseMod can load it for you as an ExtraDLL.
Make sure you have PlugY.dll, and the PlugY folder inside your Diablo II folder.
These files are a seperate download if you don't already have them.

The Default BaseMod.mpq has been changed to include full equip merc, with expanded stash, 
expanded cube and expanded inventory. If this is not what you want, download the BaseMod Mpq 
Pack and choose a different mpq setup for your game.
